Bags for Badges

Bags for Badges started as an idea in 2014 when a small group of Dallas Police Association Spouses wanted to find a way to raise money for Assist The Officer Foundation.  We spent hours upon hours planning for our first event without knowing if we would raise any money.  People told us we would be lucky to break even.  After our first year we realized we were onto something.  Each year we have been able to raise more money than the previous year for Assist the Officer.  More importantly, we have established ourselves as a group of dedicated, strong spouses who support each other.

Games are conducted in numerical order, using the bingo packs given at the door and the winner is given the handbag assigned to the game.  Additional game cards are $2 each and packets are $20. Games are considered complete when a single winner is determined by officials.  Ties will be broken by random ball selection on the game card being played. Louis Vuitton raffle tickets will be available to purchase until the drawing at 9 PM.  You must be present to win.  Additional raffle tickets will be available to purchase until drawing of each item. Silent Auction will begin when doors open and end during game 19.  Items must be paid for and picked up immediately after the Louis Vuitton drawing.  You may "vote" for your favorite purse model.  Votes are cast by putting money in the bucket marked with your favorite model's name.  The model who raises the most money will be crowned "King of Bingo" at the end of the event.
