                                               Membership Policy

Payment of membership dues does not guarantee that your membership into Park Cities Republican Women has been accepted. PCRW reserves the right to decline any membership applicant. Membership in the Park Cities Republican Women's Club (PCRW) is on a year-to-year basis and may be renewed annually. PCRW Members are required to be respectful of fellow members at all times. A member of PCRW may have her membership terminated by the Executive Board of PCRW if said Executive Board concludes, in its sole discretion, that the member has taken action in activities, either within or outside of PCRW, that has harmed the organization's reputation or that of its members. The Executive Board will provide notice to the member. A member of PCRW whose membership has been terminated or not accepted will not receive a refund of the dues/contributions and may not be reinstated.

A member may resign from PCRW at any time by providing written notice to the Membership Chair. Members may also manage, renew, or discontinue their membership through their online account established upon acceptance into the organization. Membership dues and fees are not refundable to the member upon resignation.
